2. Bookings & Payments

  • All event bookings must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

  • Bookings are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund & Rescheduling Policy for details on rescheduling or credit options.

  • Private party deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable depending on notice given.​

3. Craft Kits & Supplies

  • All craft kits and supplies are final sale.

  • If a product arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

4. Participation & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and using materials as intended.

  • The Tipsy Teacup is not liable for any injuries, damages, or allergic reactions that may result from participation in events or use of materials.

  • Adult supervision is required for minors attending events or using kits.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Shipping is available on a limited, case-by-case basis. Please contact us to inquire.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage once an item has been shipped.
