Refund Policy - the basics

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our services and supplies—including paint kits, craft materials, and event reservations—we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

Missed Events & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! If you are unable to attend a booked event, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In most cases, we are happy to:

Reschedule you for another upcoming event, or
Offer a credit toward a future event

No-shows or same-day cancellations may not be eligible for credit or rescheduling.

If you receive a damaged kit or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve it.
